Weekly sessions to address an immediate issue. Address and manage, for example, anxiety symptoms, low mood, recent bereavement. Explore current and helpful coping mechanisms, become more aware of those that are not helpful navigate intrusive, difficult and unhelpful thoughts and feelings.
